Previously i graduated from University of Malaya majoring in History. But it's doesn't describe everyone that I'm lack of Technology skills. To me, to be designer, computer programing, photographer, e.t.c, what we need to have is spirit. It's can learn. With spirit, we able to learn under pressure. With spirit, we want to the best among the best. With spirit, we can beat everybody. We don't have pay for have a certificate in IT course. Nowadays, job's market doesn't offer us a job because we just have certificate from IT majoring. With my experience, i have to attend so much interview session before, what interviewer prefer candidate to work with them is spirit. They may thick the person who's learn adobe photoshop with their own effort. The big deal is they know, the person type like this have a spirit to survive, to be the best compared with whom from IT course. They believe that person like this will contribute all their effort to the company.
Besides, they has another ability can makes they are different from real designer. Their ability of course, what course their taking during college period. Example, they are Businees Admin certificate holder, so the point here is they have IT skills, and Business Admin both in one time. For company, this is extra skill they want to have to.
